All the staff is so friendly there
When we arrived, they said, they haven't received any email from Booked.net, that's why they don't have our room ready. And at first we booked Lagoon Villa, but they said it was full because they didn't know that we have our RSVP through Booked.net, So they Upgraded us to Spa Pool Villa, but we have to wait about 1 hour, because they have to clean the Villa for us. when we finally got the Villa it's very very DISAPPOINTED, Too many mosquitoes, The Jacuzzi is dirty, The pool also dirty + no light in the pool at night. Even in front of out gate the light is OFF , so it's really dark and a bit scary. and the shower is only outdoor shower, so when we want to took a shower at night, it's very Uncomfortable because there are bugs, mosquito and it's dark too.

The rooms are so spacious, with modern amenities, a separate bathtub and shower, and a private plunge pool. I felt like a VIP with the 24-hour room service and the comfortable premium bedding. And let's not forget the lagoon pool that flanks the villas, it's simply stunning!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the air conditioning in the room. But hey, that's just my preference, others might still find it enjoyable.

It was quiet and quite comfortable. Very nice staff and well maintained.
The cost to have my laundry done was exorbitant. The private pool was too shallow and even the main pool was not much deeper. The quality of television reception was average and some days only had a few television channels to choose from.

During my recent business trip to Ubud, Bali, my director chose the Furamaxclusive Resort & Villas for our stay, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The resort is part of a compound that also includes the Furama Villas & Spa, which allowed us to interact with guests staying there as well. It was a great opportunity to connect with other professionals and expand our network.
Shown where we could easily buy more bottled water.

The staff were very friendly and proactive, offering a free room upgrade for our early arrival. The hotel's location, being 30 minutes from the city center, was refreshing and the free shuttle service was convenient. Additionally, the beautiful room with a private pool was a great advantage to have during our stay.
Our experience at this hotel was one of disappointment. The villa's interior was poorly maintained, with cheap and tasteless decor.

The rooms at Furamaxclusive Resort & Villas, Ubud are absolutely amazing! The private plunge pool is perfect for a relaxing dip, and the spacious bedrooms have all the modern amenities you need. The separate bathtub and shower are a nice touch, and you'll love the view of the 70m lagoon pool. As someone who values privacy and comfort, these villas are the perfect option for me.
Personally, I found the air conditioning to be a bit too cold for my liking. However, I recognize that others may enjoy the cool temperature, so it's just a matter of personal preference.

Our stay at this incredible retreat was mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and whisked away to our jaw-dropping private villa with a stunning pool. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring that every request was met, from buggy pick-ups to arranging a floating breakfast and shuttle service to explore the nearby area. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options in a delightful atmosphere. We loved how our private pool connected to the main pool with a pool bar, creating a spacious and relaxing setting. This place is a true paradise, perfect for a honeymoon or any special occasion. We can't wait to return!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The villa was stunning, with a huge bathroom and a private pool. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a swim-through access to the main pool. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location, although far from the town, was not a problem at all as the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus to take us into the city. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I could not have asked for more from this hotel.
Everything is what I need and want.

We recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Ubud and had a fantastic experience. the staff at Furamaxclusive Resort & Villas were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and kept clean every day, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to relax. the highlight for us was the beautiful laguna pool, although we would have preferred it to be a bit deeper. We also appreciated the shuttle service to Ubud, although we would have liked a later return option as the last shuttle was at 18:15. Despite this, our overall stay was very nice and we would highly recommend it. Cons: Nothings 🤷♀️.
